-According to the Personal Data Protection Act, we are data intermediaries providing the users with the relevant DNC and communication services and therefore will not be subjected to the main obligations except for:

We will take reasonable measures to comply with the above obligations as required by the Act as a data intermediary. The User is advised to ensure its own compliance with the Act.
-In the event of any claim made against the Licensee or subscriber (if relevant) of a breach of the Act, we and our partners shall be entitled to disclose the subscriber’s transaction records for the purpose of assisting the Personal Data Protection Commission in any investigation.
E) Safeguards
We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
F) Checking Your Details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to us or if you wish to check on the manner in which we use and process your personal data, you may do so by contacting us via the contact details in Section 12. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of full details of name, mobile number and email address. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your details. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser’s password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

This Policy only applies to the collection and use of data by us. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, even if such sites are co-branded with our name/logo. K) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you agree with us to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We are a Singapore concern and are bound by the laws of Singapore to the exclusion of all other laws. Use of our website constitutes your agreement that you are bound by the laws of Singapore.
